Each session begins with a 15-minute guided meditation and breathwork to ground the mind and regulate the nervous system, followed by slow, intentional yoga to release tension and invite ease into the body, all set to a soulful R&B soundscape. The class closes with immersive sound healing, allowing you to fully rest and integrate.
