Hear what previous attendees are saying about the event:

“The event surpassed my imagination, I received so much more than anticipated. The event wasn’t just informational it was an activation. Bridging the gap between resources our ancestors lived by and current day. From the communal aspects of sisterhood, deep cackles, conversations full of substance to the live immersion of washing hands, dressing candles and touching sacred trees the event as a whole is unforgettable and life enhancing.”

***

“I felt comfortable and safe. Well cared for and Informed. The email prior to the event set me up for success. I am inspired to continue my research, fine tune my practices/rituals and finally develop a positive healthy and loving relationship with my ancestors most of which unknown due to limited biological family knowledge. I left feeling affirmed and liberated. And grateful to have found community in this area of deep interest often misunderstood, ignored and demonized.”

***

“Being able to sit in community with women that look like me was amazing. I learned SO much and went home excited to start my journey. “

We Back for Fall Equinox!

Join us for an outdoor morning session in my garden in Seminole Heights.

This session is 90 minutes and will include Yoga, a Grief Circle, and Sound bath. The garden is private and covered from Sun and rain. My goal is to create a supportive space to ground, release, and chill out. Everything is an invitation. This is a BIPOC only space.

Tenets for Grief circle:

  • Confidentiality: What anyone shares in the circle stays in the circle.

  • Advice: Do not give advice or try to fix anyone's pain. Be a witness.

  • Speak for yourself: Use "I" statements and share your own feelings.

  • Right to pass: You can choose to stay silent and just listen.

  • One voice at a time: Do not interrupt when someone else is talking.

  • Respect: Respect people’s lived experiences and identity.

  • Time limit: To respect the space, there will be 2-3 minutes a person to share.
