Frequency & Flow is a 75-minute monthly morning restorative yoga and sound healing experience designed to help you gently awaken, reset, and reconnect. Each session begins with a 15-minute guided meditation and breathwork to ground the mind and regulate the nervous system, followed by slow, intentional yoga to release tension and invite ease into the body, all set to a soulful R&B soundscape. The class closes with immersive sound healing, allowing you to fully rest and integrate. Guided by Christy Marie, this welcoming and supportive space invites you to move with intention, soften into stillness, and carry balance, clarity, and calm into the rest of your day.
