Have you been feeling it lately? It's ok, we have all to some degree felt depressed. Even me. It happens. There are many methods to help you get through Depression and you should go with whatever helps YOU. There is no one way to do the work that is needed so no need to feel boxed in. Some take the holistic approach with aromatherapy and essential oils(EO). Others choose a combination of methods. Here are list of EO that may help, and are known for using for depression.
